Led by Mike Tyquin the Cartology leadership team brings together a wide range of experience from the media industry as well as a deep understanding of the retail environment.

 

Mike Tyquin

Managing Director

 

Mike joined Woolworths Group as Managing Director of Cartology in April 2019 following more than 25 years experience in the media and advertising industry.

During his career, Mike has held multiple executive roles leading large scale media businesses in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, including CEO of the Australian and New Zealand business at EYE (Network TEN's out of home media business sold to oOH! Media in late 2012) and most recently was the CEO of HT&E’s outdoor media division, Adshel.

Mike has been a pioneer in digital & data in the OOH industry and he also served on industry boards including the Outdoor Media Association and MOVE.

 

Jodie Koning

General Manager, Marketing and Insights

 

Having worked across multiple marketing disciplines and industries, Jodie brings over 20 years' marketing and media experience to Cartology.  Jodie has built her career working across global organisations such as Diageo, McDonalds and Blackmores; and in media at Australian Radio Network, Adshel and oOh!media. 

She is most excited about bringing her brand and client-side knowledge together with her media expertise, to ensure Cartology delivers great solutions for brands. Authenticity and curiosity are two things she values highly.

 

Zoe Harris

Head of People & Culture

 

Zoe is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of generalist experience across the Media and Retail industries. Driven by the desire to improve operational and commercial effectiveness whilst enhancing the team experience, the wellbeing of her teams is also always at the forefront of her mind.

Zoe was instrumental in the set up of the Cartology business from its inception and has a track record of delivering successful people outcomes through a wide range of specialised HR areas to support business strategies. Her areas of expertise span Organisational Development, Recruitment, L&D, Change Management and Performance and Reward.



 

Chris Rutten

Director of Operations

 

Chris joined Cartology in November 2020 as Director of Operations, responsible for operational activities across Cartology's in-store and online media channels including campaign management, production and delivery, business systems and applications, program management and data and analytics. 

Chris brings extensive media industry experience as both a management consultant and executive, including as Chief Operating Officer - Digital for Nine Entertainment Co and Managing Director of Nine Digital, and Non Executive Director of Pedestrian.tv, Caradvice.com.au and RateCity.com.au. 

Earlier in his career Chris held a variety of roles across commercial, strategy, partnerships and operations in TV, out of home, and digital media.



 

Reza Fararoui

Head of Finance

 

Having been part of the Woolworths Group for over 20 years, Reza joined Cartology in January 2022 as Head of Finance from Woolworths ecosystem business WooliesX.

Reza is an experienced and commercially-focussed leader within Cartology’s Leadership Team. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from roles across Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Group and most recently WooliesX where he was the finance lead for the eCommerce business.

Reza is a member of CPA Australia - one of the world’s largest accounting bodies connecting more than 168,000 members across 100 countries. Being a CPA indicates a soundness in depth, breadth and quality of accountancy knowledge.

 

Tom Windeyer

General Manager, Commercial Development and New Business

 

Tom joined Cartology in September 2022 with over 14 years in the Woolworths Group under his belt, working across our financial, insurance and telco businesses, Customer Hub and most recently, eComX as part of WooliesX.

Tom was a founding WooliesX team member and developed partnerships with Australia Post, Google, Apple and AI pioneer Satila among others, and was a key leader in eComX's exponential growth during COVID.

Tom has an extensive leadership background with experience in the retail, online, media, telecommunications and agricultural industries.
